Corey Justice – Owner

Corey Justice
Corey enlisted in the Marine Corps at the age of 20, it was 1996. Corey enlisted because he was ready for a challenge and couldn’t think of a better way to learn the discipline he would need to be successful. Shortly after joining he became a truck driver for 1st Medical Battalion in Camp Pendleton, Ca. It was not long after being there that Corey was nominated by his Superiors to be the recipient of an accelerated promotion. Corey was thrilled and excited at the same time, then a few months after becoming a Corporal he was nominated to represent the Battalion as their choice for Non Commissioned Officer of the Quarter where he won three consecutive quarters and was thus awarded the Battalions NCO of the Year.
Corey spent 4 and a half years stationed there before he was relocated to Yuma, AZ, and thus changed professions to become an air control electronics operator. For two years Corey trained to assist air traffic control in a combat scenario, it was a very intense job that took a lot of specialized training. Then he was shipped off to Iraq, where his unit ended up being assigned to fulfill a security element to protect the base known as Al Asad air base in Iraq from intruders. He was primarily used as a squad leader protecting the perimeter of the base, his time there was very emotional to say the least. “It really gives you a true understanding of your freedoms, why there so necessary to protect, and just the overall quality of our lives compared to most of the worlds population. I returned humbled and driven.” Shortly after returning from Iraq Corey was ordered to train the bases Marines in weapons qualification. Corey assisted his staff in teaching or coaching the fundamentals of marksmanship. In 2006 Corey decided that he was ready to try something else in his life, and his wife and kids were tired of sharing him with the Marine Corps. “So he proudly hung up his boots, now he’s here getting to know you and competing for your business.”
Nick Kibler – Operations Manager
Nick comes to us from a hard working family. His father Danny has worked faithfully
at the same place for 33 years, “your gonna work for over (40) years, so you better find something you enjoy and give it 110% everyday” said his father. Nicks Father started a power washing company back in 2000 to provide a second income for his family. When he started he had (10) accounts and today he still works for the same customers, only now his client total is (22).
”I would go out and work with him about once a week, I took to heart the advice he had given to me, for a couple of years I searched for a career. That’s when I discovered how much I loved power washing”.
Nick met Corey one night in a convienient store parking lot, “I was sold right away, from the people to the equipment, they were so professional” said Nick. ”I had searched for a company for awhile, but none stuck out like Desert Eagle Powerwash”.
Nick Started out as a full time Power Washer, but a testament to his craft and up bringing, has worked his way up to Operations Manager. His duties range from equipment repair and maintenance, to the scheduling and serviceing of accounts, and providing quidance to our staff. When Nick joined our staff we had seven employees and has proven to be a big reason we have doubled in size.
What Nick bring to the table at Desert Eagle Powerwash are core concepts, and the ability to make sound management decision that are essential for our success. The traits come seemingly natural to this young leader.
